Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan - First Vice President of the Central Emulation and Commendation Council, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress attended the preparatory session.
Also attending the preparatory session were: Former Secretary of the Party Central Committee, former Vice President Truong My Hoa - former First Vice Chairman of the Central Emulation and Commendation Council; Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Home Affairs Do Thanh Binh - Standing Vice Chairman of the Central Emulation and Commendation Council; Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang - Vice Chairman of the Central Emulation and Commendation Council; Members of the Party Central Committee Executive Committee, leaders of central departments, ministries, branches and provinces and cities directly under the Central Government and 2,025 official delegates who are typical advanced examples throughout the country.
According to reports at the preparatory session, the total number of delegates attending the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress is 2,223 delegates, including 198 guest delegates and 2,025 official delegates; 105 delegations were established.
The Congress has the task of summarizing the emulation movement and commendation work in the period 2021 - 2025; honoring and commending typical and outstanding individuals and collectives in patriotic emulation movements and setting out directions and tasks to continue innovating emulation and commendation work in the next 5 years, creating momentum and motivation to contribute to the successful implementation of socio-economic development tasks, maintaining national defense and security in the period 2026 - 2030 in the spirit of the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party, bringing our country into a new era - the era of rising to develop richly and prosperously for the nation.
