On the afternoon of December 26, 2025, in Hanoi, the delegation attending the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress led by Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan - First Vice President of the Central Emulation and Commendation Council, laid wreaths and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.
Also attending the memorial service were Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang - Vice Chairman of the Central Emulation and Commendation Council.
The patriotic emulation movement in the period 2021-2025 continues to affirm its role as a great spiritual driving force, closely linked to the implementation of political tasks of each ministry, sector, locality, and unit.
In the past 5 years, from vibrant and widespread patriotic emulation movements across the country, more and more typical and outstanding collectives and individuals have emerged in all fields of social life.
These advanced examples have strongly spread patriotism and the desire to contribute, creating a solid foundation for the country to enter a new era of development.
From emulation, many new factors, good practices, and effective models have sprouted in the fields of politics, economy, science and technology, education and training, health, culture, society, defense, security, foreign affairs...
At the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, there will be 2,025 official delegates who are advanced and outstanding typical examples representing millions of typical collectives and individuals across the country.
Those are Labor Heroes, People's Armed Forces Heroes, National Emulation Soldiers, educators, doctors, artists, artisans (People, Meritorious), scientists, entrepreneurs, farmers, workers... along with representatives of collectives and individuals who have been awarded the Ho Chi Minh Prize, the State Prize and many other noble awards of the Party and State in the past 5 years.
They are the vivid embodiment of patriotism, self-reliance, self-strengthening will, aspiration to contribute, and national pride - sustainable values that lay the foundation for the country to enter a new era of development.
