On February 13, the working delegation of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor led by Vice President Ngo Duy Hieu worked with the Standing Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Confederation of Labor.
At the meeting, Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation Nguyen Phu Lap said that union members and workers in the province always trust the Party's policies and guidelines and the State's laws and policies.
The province has effectively implemented the dissemination, study and implementation of the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress at all levels. Thanks to that, union members and workers have a firm grasp of the content, new points as well as the objectives of the resolution for the 2023-2028 term.
According to Mr. Lap, thanks to the support of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Provincial Labor Federation has successfully implemented the programs "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" and "Tet Union Market 2025".
Since then, union members and workers in the province have celebrated Tet in greater abundance and prosperity.
"From many different funding sources, 50,348 union members and workers received gifts during Tet, with a total cost of more than 10 billion VND," Mr. Lap added.
Members of the working group also contributed many important ideas on implementing welfare programs for workers; building a team of union officials to provide legal advice to union members...
Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of Dak Lak province's trade unions at all levels in recent times.
The province has promptly implemented and disseminated the resolutions of trade union congresses at all levels in accordance with the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. Trade unions at all levels have taken good care of Tet for union members and workers, with many rich and exciting activities.
The Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor suggested feasible solutions for the Standing Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Confederation of Labor to study and apply to better care for union members and workers.
At the same time, effectively implement the development of union members, establish grassroots unions to complete the tasks assigned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in 2025.
