According to the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Confederation, in the process of implementing the Resolution, there are still some levels of Party committees and authorities that do not pay enough attention to the direction and coordination of implementing the Resolution at all levels. Union.
Most businesses in the province are small and medium sized, with limited facilities. On the other hand, employers have not really paid attention to propaganda and implementation of the resolution to employees.
The staff of full-time trade union officials across the province is small. Grassroots officials work on a part-time basis and do not receive a salary from the Union, so it greatly affects the assigned work, leading to low efficiency.
