On December 18, the Buon Don District Labor Federation (Dak Lak Province) informed that the unit had just held the 6th Executive Committee meeting to review and summarize union activities in 2024 and deploy directions and tasks for 2025.
In 2024, trade unions at all levels in the district have implemented activities to care for the lives and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
The district union has mobilized resources to support the construction of 3 new houses and the repair of 3 "Union Shelters" for union members with housing difficulties, with a total support budget of 220 million VND.
The Buon Don District Labor Federation also coordinated with a unit to examine and provide health care consultation for 700 union members and workers with a total amount of more than 400 million VND.
The emulation movements and campaigns deployed by the Buon Don District Labor Federation attracted a large number of union members and achieved high results. The grassroots unions at all levels admitted 61 new union members, reaching 122% of the plan.
In 2025, the Buon Don District Labor Federation strives to recruit more than 60 new members. The district union supports the construction and repair of 4-5 "Union Shelters" for union members with housing difficulties.
The Union also actively builds projects and works to celebrate important events of the district, the province, and the country in 2025.
