The patriotic emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030 sets a number of specific goals. Of which, 95% or more of units launched and organized annual emulation movements; the number of initiatives and improvements brought about efficiency increased by an average of 10%/year; the average income of workers increased annually by 2-3% higher than the actual CPI...
This phase will promote 3 key emulation movements. These are: "Good workers, creative workers" associated with process innovation, technology, digital transformation, green transformation; "Good at public work, good at housework" among female employees associated with work efficiency; building a prosperous, progressive, happy and civilized family; "Enterprise for workers" associated with promoting production and business efficiency, maintaining sustainable jobs; improving working conditions, ensuring occupational safety and health; taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers; building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
The emulation launched also clearly states the responsibility of cadres, union members, and workers to constantly study, improve their qualifications and professional skills; understand work, be proficient in work, be versatile, and be multi-talented; practice industrial style and labor discipline; contribute to building a Vietnamese textile and garment workforce with knowledge, skills, and courage, highly adapting to the requirements of the job position.
Units and enterprises proactively integrate, develop sustainably, practice responsible business, attach importance to promoting human factors, enhancing competitiveness, and affirming the Vietnamese textile brand in the world market.
The Trade Union organization promotes its role as a solid bridge, a reliable support for businesses and workers. Proactively coordinate with businesses to build a safe, healthy and cohesive working environment; organize emulation movements, honor and promptly reward outstanding collectives and individuals; discover and nurture advanced models; spread good methods and good practices in the system.
With the spirit of: "racing for innovation, digital transformation, improving labor productivity, quality, work efficiency, confidently entering a new era with the country", the Vietnam Textile and Garment Group and the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union call on all cadres, union members, workers and enterprises, grassroots trade unions in the entire system to unite, promote the combined strength, make the patriotic emulation movement in the 2025-2030 period a specific action in each collective and individual; contribute to the strong development of the Vietnam Textile and Garment industry, and the country's rapid and steady progress on the new journey.
