The crystallization of enterprises violating workers' rights
For many years, the Trade Union Legal Consulting Center - under the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation (abbreviated as the Center) has always been a trusted address for disadvantaged workers, and at the same time is a "scent" for companies and enterprises that violate workers' rights.

Mr. N.T.B (35 years old) had a car accident and fell, making it difficult for him to move, but Mr. B. still tried to find a job to take care of his life.
In August 2023, Mr. B was recruited to work for a company headquartered in Trang Dai ward, Dong Nai province and was agreed to be able to work at home without having to work directly at the company. Mr. B's job is a content marketing employee, editing and posting content on the fanpage with a salary of 20 million VND/month. During his work for his company, Mr. B always completed assigned tasks, but unexpectedly, when the salary payment deadline came, Mr. B only received the salary table via Zalo, without receiving salary.
It is worth mentioning that in November 2023, the company removed Mr. B's editing rights on the company's fanpage, not allowing him to continue working. After that, all of Mr. B's efforts to contact the company's leaders to resolve the salary payment were unsuccessful.
Not giving up when his rights were violated, Mr. B called for help from the Trade Union Legal Consulting Center under the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation.
Realizing that the disadvantaged rights of workers were well-founded, the Center supported Mr. B in filing a lawsuit and sent authorized officers to participate in the litigation to protect Mr. B's rights from the beginning.
As a result, in September 2025, the People's Court of Region 1, Dong Nai province held a trial, determining that the company's failure to pay Mr. B's salary was not in accordance with the law, forcing the company to pay Mr. B's salary with a total amount of nearly 47 million VND. The day the court declared the victory in the lawsuit, Mr. B's mother was very moved and said: "I am very grateful for the dedicated support of the Trade Union Legal Consulting Center that helped my son protect his honor and rights."
Also in September 2025, the Center also provided legal support to workers, Mr. T.H.H, Trang Dai ward, Dong Nai province (who died during the process of claiming rights) and heirs of the rights and obligations of the workers in litigation, forcing a company in Amata Industrial Park, Long Binh ward to compensate workers for unemployment insurance and unemployment wages, a total of nearly 200 million VND.
The two cases of the above workers are just one of hundreds of workers and laborers working in factories and industrial parks in Dong Nai province who have come to the Center when they are caught up in the situation of companies laying off, terminating labor contracts, or companies owing wages, social insurance...
From 2023 to present, Dong Nai Provincial Trade Unions at all levels have participated in 206 cases, including 118 cases of winning lawsuits, protecting the legitimate rights of workers with a total amount of more than 5.5 billion VND.
Concerns about workers' insurance rights being violated
The head of the Trade Union Legal Consulting Center, Mr. Vu Ngoc Ha - Director of the Center - has also been involved in workers' protection for nearly 30 years, having witnessed and accompanied hundreds of workers in many cases.
For him, each case that helps workers win a lawsuit to claim their rights is not only the joy of the workers but also the joy of the Center, the joy of union officials when affirming the important role and position of the trade union organization accompanying in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers.

The Center performs 4 tasks: Legal consultation, legal support, protection of workers' rights at all levels of court, authorities and legal dissemination.
Currently, the most worrying thing for Mr. Ha is that the situation of enterprises still owing social insurance to employees is happening a lot, affecting the rights of employees. Mr. Vu Ngoc Ha said: The situation of businesses not paying and being late in paying social insurance is increasing, with huge debts, which has seriously affected workers.

From the beginning of 2024 to now, the largest number of cases where the Center has received support for workers is related to social insurance. The center has represented workers and defended more than 100 labor cases at the Courts in Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City over the lawsuit against enterprises related to social insurance.
Therefore, to ensure the maximum rights of workers, the Center has mobilized all staff and workers to increase support for workers. At the same time, this year, the Center has coordinated to organize dozens of training courses and disseminate to thousands of workers in industrial parks, helping workers clearly understand the provisions of the law on social insurance.
