After the success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, on the morning of June 7, a working delegation of the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation led by Mr. Tan Minh Long - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation visited, encouraged and presented gifts to union members and workers (NLĐ) who are directly constructing at the Thanh Nua Inter-level Boarding School project.
At the construction site, the delegation presented 20 gifts to 20 union members and workers in difficult circumstances belonging to the grassroots trade union (CĐCS) of Trading and Construction Company No. 6.
Each gift includes 1 million VND in cash and necessities worth 300,000 VND. Although the material value is not too large, this is a timely source of spiritual encouragement right at the construction site.
As a low-income worker, from a poor household, Mr. Sung A Tung - said: "Receiving the attention of the Trade Union organization right at the construction site, I am very happy. The gift not only helps my family alleviate some of the difficulties in daily life, but also motivates me to feel secure in sticking to the construction site, striving to work to improve my income.
Also on the morning of June 7, the working delegation of the Provincial Labor Federation visited and presented gifts to 4 union members of the Trade Union of Dien Bien Agricultural Products Processing Joint Stock Company.
Ms. Le Thi Diu - union member of the Trade Union of Dien Bien Agricultural Products Processing Joint Stock Company - said that the presence and encouragement of the leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation is a source of encouragement for direct production workers. Ms. Diu also hopes that the trade union will continue to accompany and be a solid support for workers.
Speaking at the places visited, Mr. Tan Minh Long - Chairman of the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation - affirmed that trade union levels throughout the province always put workers at the center, taking care of the material and spiritual lives of union members. The Trade Union organization will always accompany to protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
The Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" is a new emulation program with high practicality.
Through this movement, trade union activities will have a good development step and be more profoundly meaningful. We hope that grassroots trade union levels, all union members and workers will actively respond, turning the emulation atmosphere into specific initiatives and actions" - Mr. Tan Minh Long informed.
Previously, together with bridge points across the country, the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation organized a launching ceremony for the "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" emulation movement to celebrate the success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
