Specifically, the Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to establish the grassroots trade union of Linh Nam Dien Bien Co., Ltd. with 20 union members directly under the Provincial Labor Federation. Ms. Nguyen Thuy Linh is the Chairwoman of the Company's grassroots trade union.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tan Minh Long - Chairman of the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the development of union members and the establishment of grassroots trade unions is one of the core and vitally strategic tasks of the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
Leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation also requested that the Company's grassroots trade union closely coordinate with employers to well implement grassroots democracy regulations, listen to union members' opinions to practically care for the material and spiritual lives of workers.
Along with that, actively launching the emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income", contributing to improving the productivity and business efficiency of the unit.
