Accordingly, Ms. Le Thi Thuy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Chairwoman of the 13th Vietnam Women's Union was re-elected as Chairwoman of the 14th Vietnam Women's Union, term 2026-2031.
The conference also elected 24 members of the Standing Committee of the 14th Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union.
The conference also elected 3 Vice Presidents of the 14th Vietnam Women's Union, including:
Comrade Tran Lan Phuong - Delegate of the 16th National Assembly, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Central Party Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, Standing Vice President of the 13th Vietnam Women's Union;
Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Huong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice President of the Vietnam Women's Union, XIII term;
Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Hien - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice President of the Vietnam Women's Union, XIII term.
Ms. Le Thi Thuy was born in 1964; native of Nghe An province; professional qualifications: Master of Law, Bachelor of Law; Member of the Party Central Committee of the XII, XIII, XIV terms.
She has held many positions: Deputy Chief Inspector of Nghe An province; Standing Deputy Secretary of Hung Nguyen District Party Committee; Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; Chief Inspector of Nghe An province; Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.
From November 2010 to August 2016, he held the position of Deputy Inspector General of the Government. From August 2016 to July 2019, he was Deputy Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee. From July 2019 to January 2025, he held the position of Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee.
In February 2025, he was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee. In March 2026, he was transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee, and central mass organizations; and was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Central Party Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union.
