Through vocational training and fostering classes for workers, leaders of Dien Bien Power Company affirmed that they will maintain electricity flow to serve socio-economic development and people's lives in the province throughout the 2026 dry season.

Dien Bien Power Company also sets a goal of "comprehensive digital transformation". The company identifies artificial intelligence (AI) technology as an "extended arm" in all aspects of work.
