The Congress is an important political event of the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
Attending the Congress, the delegation of the Vietnam Bank Union included 15 official delegates, representing the voice, belief and responsibility of union members and employees of the Banking sector. Comrade Tu Thi Kim Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Bank Union, Member of the Member Council, Chairman of the Agribank Trade Union was the official delegate along with the delegation of the Vietnam Bank Union to attend the Congress.
The delegation of the Vietnam Bank Union fully participated in the contents of the Congress program; and actively contributed opinions on key issues of the Trade Union organization and employees in the new period.
The presentations of the Vietnam Bank Union focused on practical contents, associated with the practical operations of the industry and the development requirements of the Trade Union organization in the new situation: Developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions; improving the quality of the contingent of trade union officials at all levels; building strong trade union organizations and participating in Party development in the contingent of banking workers; Completing regulations on collection and management of trade union dues according to Decree No. 105/2026/ND-CP of the Government: Current situation and solutions from the practice of the Vietnam Bank Union; Solutions to innovate and concretize the emulation movement "Good at banking, good at housework" to meet the requirements of building Vietnamese women in the new era; Arousing the motivation for emulation and innovation of banking workers, contributing to the implementation of the goal of double-digit economic growth; Solutions to improve the effectiveness of the cultural and sports emulation movement in trade union levels...
Through participating in the activities of the Congress, the Vietnam Bank Union and Agribank Trade Union wish to continue to contribute practical experiences from industry trade union activities; and at the same time strengthen exchange and learn good models and effective practices from other units and industries to apply appropriately to practical operations, contributing to improving the quality of care, representation, and protection of the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and employees.
With the action motto of the Congress: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Delegation of the Vietnam Bank Union is determined to promote the spirit of responsibility, wisdom and bravery of banking industry union members, actively participate in discussions, contribute many heartfelt and quality opinions, contributing to the success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress and building the Vietnam Trade Union organization to become increasingly strong, meeting the development requirements of the country in the new period.

The presence of representatives of the Agribank Trade Union at the Congress is not only an honor and pride of Agribank union members and employees but also shows recognition for the outstanding contributions of the Agribank Trade Union in patriotic emulation movements, activities to care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees; and at the same time affirms the active role of the Agribank Trade Union in promoting innovation, digital transformation and building an increasingly strong trade union organization.
Carrying the voice, belief and aspiration to contribute of the collective of officials, union members, and employees of Agribank in particular and the banking industry in general, the representative of the Agribank Trade Union, Comrade Tu Thi Kim Thanh, attended the Congress with a high sense of responsibility, actively participating in activities and contributing opinions to contents related to the rights and interests of employees and the development of the Trade Union organization in the new period.
In recent years, Agribank Trade Union has always been one of the typical units of the Vietnam Bank Trade Union in launching and effectively implementing patriotic emulation movements, creative labor movements, digital transformation, and building corporate culture; and at the same time paying special attention to caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and employees. Social security programs, welfare for union members and employees, cultural, sports, and charity activities are regularly implemented, contributing to building a humane, united, and professional working environment, creating motivation for employees to feel secure in their work, stick to and contribute to Agribank's development.
In harmony with the exciting emulation atmosphere to welcome the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, union members and employees of Agribank throughout the system continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, responsibility and creativity; strive to excellently complete professional tasks, promote digital transformation, improve the quality of products and services, and serve customers better and better.
