General Secretary and Chairman of the State Council of North Korea Kim Jong Un emphasized that Comrade To Lam's assumption of the position of President shows the great trust and expectation of the entire Party and the entire Vietnamese people for him - the person who successfully led the cause of developing a strong country and improving people's lives.
