Delegation of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour visits President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum

The delegation of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor visited the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh, offered incense to commemorate revolutionary predecessors and heroic martyrs on the occasion of welcoming Binh Ngo Spring.

On the morning of February 12, a delegation of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) led by Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Standing Vice President visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.

Attending were representatives of leaders of departments, representatives of Party Committees, Trade Unions, Youth Unions and representatives of leaders and trade unions of units directly under the General Confederation; a number of industry trade unions and Hanoi Labor Federation.

The delegation's wreath bears the words "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh".

Delegates expressed their respect and remembrance for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader, National Liberation Hero.

He founded and trained the Communist Party of Vietnam - the pioneering team of the working class, the working people and the Vietnamese nation.

Next, the delegation came to lay wreaths and offer incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Monument to the heroic martyrs, Bac Son street.

Before the spirits of the heroic martyrs, the delegation observed a minute of silence, expressing their remembrance for the outstanding children of the nation who spared no blood and bones, bravely sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

The delegation then visited and wished Tet to the Command of President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

Ms. Thai Thu Xuong, Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, said that in recent years, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Command of the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh have always maintained close and effective coordination in performing assigned political tasks, especially in 2025.

The coordination is increasingly going deeper and more practical, creating conditions for a large number of workers and laborers to visit Uncle Ho's Mausoleum, organize a ceremony to report achievements to President Ho Chi Minh, as well as to learn about and educate the glorious revolutionary struggle tradition of the nation.

Thereby, contributing to fostering ideals, nurturing patriotism and national pride in the team of union members and workers.

The Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor hopes that in the coming time, the two units will continue to strengthen coordination and organize activities to create more opportunities for union members and workers to participate in traditional education programs and report achievements to Uncle Ho.

On this occasion, on behalf of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Ms. Thai Thu Xuong sent wishes to the Commander, leaders, officers, and soldiers of the Command of the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh for a new year Binh Ngo 2026 with peace, prosperity, and excellent completion of all assigned tasks.

Next, the delegation of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour offered incense to pay respects to revolutionary predecessors, heroic martyrs, and former leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour at Mai Dich Cemetery.
