In the days leading up to the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation organized delegations to hand over money to support the construction of "Trade Union Homes" for union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the province.
Ms. Doan Thi Xuan, born in 1999, a grassroots trade union member of Dream Plastic Ninh Binh Co., Ltd. is one of the cases in particularly difficult circumstances. She is a single mother, herself suffering from a serious illness, and her family is classified as a poor household in Chat Binh commune, Ninh Binh province.
For many years, the two mothers and daughters have had to live in the dilapidated level 4 house of their parents. Understanding the difficult circumstances of the mother and daughter, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation has supported 50 million VND for her to build a new house.
Ms. Xuan shared that from the support of the Provincial Labor Federation and the Company's Trade Union, local authorities and family members, she has built a new house that is more solid and spacious.

She is the main breadwinner in the family, raising three young children of school age. For many years, her husband and she have had to live with her parents-in-law in a cramped level 4 house, with poor living conditions.
After surveying and grasping the actual situation, the Commune Trade Union proposed that trade union levels support the construction of a "Trade Union Shelter" house for Ms. Nga's family.
