Accordingly, phase 1 is expected to take place in September 2026, applying to officials and employees who comply with the company's policy on regulations on leave from July 6 to August 31st, 2026. Employees who are absent without reason will not be eligible to participate.
Phase 2 is expected to be held in December. This lucky draw will apply to all workers who are working. The accompanying conditions are that employees have achieved absolute diligence in the last 3 months; do not go late or come home early; do not take leave without permission/for personal reasons, do not violate discipline or are in the period of submitting leave applications.
