In the morning, she only needs to go to the pick-up point at 6:40 am, the bus travels about 45 minutes to get there. This helps her easily arrange family matters and is not burdened during travel.
Sharing about income, Ms. Ngan said that she currently starts working from 7:30 am and finishes at 7 pm. At the old company, she worked more than 30 minutes per day but her income was only about 10 million VND/month. Meanwhile, at the new company, working hours are shorter, but her income reaches nearly 12 million VND per month.
To attract workers, Kiara Garments Vietnam Co., Ltd. has decided to increase the basic salary from March 1, 2026. The increase applied is 7% for all departments, raising the basic salary to more than 5.4 million VND, significantly higher than the regional minimum wage.
