On the afternoon of June 12, the Trade Union of EVA Hai Phong Precision Industry Co., Ltd. held a conference to launch the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model for the period 2026-2030.
The Trade Union of EVA Hai Phong Precision Industry Co., Ltd. currently has 1,093 union members out of a total of 1,250 employees. In the 2020-2025 term, the trade union coordinated to organize 10 periodic dialogues, 5 employee conferences; received and resolved 11 recommendations, reaching about 85%, mainly related to salaries, allowances, working conditions and meal allowances.
The Trade Union Executive Committee and the Factory Board of Directors coordinated to reach a consensus on signing a new collective labor agreement, expected to have many clauses that are more beneficial to workers such as a minimum wage 15% higher than the regional minimum wage prescribed by the state, performance bonuses, initiative bonuses, skills bonuses...
The Trade Union has participated in supervising the implementation of policies for employees. Average income reached about 12 million VND/person/month, an increase of 15% compared to the beginning of the term.
The Company's Trade Union has organized 3 negotiations to adjust the meal allowance, increasing from 24,000 VND/portion to 26,500 VND/portion, and coordinated 21 inspections since the beginning of 2026.

In addition, every year, the trade union coordinates to give about 1,250 Tet gifts, with an average value of 350,000 VND/gift, total cost of about 450 million VND; support 15 million VND for union members in difficult circumstances, far from home...
Through review according to the criteria set of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, the Trade Union of EVA Hai Phong Precision Industry Co., Ltd. achieved 85.5/100 points.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Ngo Hung Quan - Deputy General Director of EVA Hai Phong Precision Industry Co., Ltd. - said that the company highly appreciates and supports the construction of the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model.
This is not only the task of the trade union, but a common task for the development of EVA Hai Phong; helping the trade union represent and take better care of employees, while contributing to stabilizing human resources, improving productivity, quality and competitiveness of enterprises.
In the coming time, the company will coordinate and create conditions for the trade union to implement the model; maintain dialogue and information exchange; fully implement regimes and policies; care for material and spiritual life; organize cultural and sports activities, legal propaganda, occupational safety and health and emulation movements suitable for production.

Mr. Nguyen Van Quyet - Standing Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City Labor Federation - said that the implementation of the model at EVA Hai Phong Precision Industry Co., Ltd. is very practical.
This is an FDI enterprise in an industrial park, a place with a large concentration of workers, with high requirements for discipline, productivity, quality, labor safety and stable labor relations.
To make the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model go deeper, promote practical effectiveness, and become a movement of self-management, voluntary, and self-conscious nature of organizations, officials, and union members, Mr. Quyet proposed that in the coming time, it is necessary to focus on implementing a number of key tasks and solutions.
He also requested the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union to continue to spread the spirit of building models to each trade union group, each chain, each union member, and employee.
At the conference, representatives of EVA Hai Phong Precision Industry Co., Ltd. and the Trade Union Executive Committee signed a commitment to implement the model.
Immediately after the launching ceremony of the model, the Company's Trade Union organized propaganda content on traffic safety and prevention of black credit for union members and workers.
