On March 18, information from the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Luxshare ICT Nghe An Company has just announced the recruitment of a large number of workers, along with many attractive bonus policies.
Accordingly, from March 12 to March 31, 2026, businesses will apply a program to reward introduction and retain employees with a total amount of up to 23 million VND/person.

According to this policy, the referrer can immediately receive 6 million VND if the referred person works for all milestones 26, 52 and 78 working days. In addition, new workers also receive a retention bonus of up to 12 million VND, divided according to actual working days. The business also implements the "internal referral expert" program with a maximum bonus of 5 million VND to encourage employees to participate in recruitment.
Currently, Luxshare ICT Nghe An has about 30,000 workers. In 2026, when new factories go into operation, the enterprise plans to increase the scale to 60,000 workers.
According to records, in just two days of returning to work after Tet, the company has received hundreds of new workers every day and is continuing to promote recruitment day by day to meet production needs.
It is known that workers when starting work are entitled to a basic salary of 5.4 million VND/month, along with many allowances.
Specifically, housing allowance of 500,000 VND, seniority allowance from 200 - 600,000 VND, gasoline allowance of 300,000 VND, attendance bonus of 300,000 VND; food allowance from 676 thousand VND to 1.17 million VND; position allowance up to 1 million VND.
The total income of employees, including salaries, bonuses, allowances and overtime, ranges from about 10 - 15 million VND/person/month. Notably, income can increase if employees participate in introducing new personnel to work.
To attract and retain workers, the enterprise has invested in building dormitories with comfortable rooms, equipped with air conditioning, hot and cold water, and sports fields to serve workers' activities.
Trade unions monitor and connect labor supply and demand
Talking to a reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit always closely grasps the labor demand situation of businesses in the area, and participates in connecting labor supply and demand.
Along with that, the Trade Union organization also focuses on supporting and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers, and at the same time proposes competent authorities to implement solutions to improve the quality of human resources, meeting the requirements of businesses.
The fact that businesses offer high bonuses shows the large recruitment demand in the production expansion phase, but also raises the requirement to strengthen supervision, ensure transparency in recruitment activities and the rights of workers.
