On August 20, the Trade Union of Export-Export Enterprises because of Vietnam Branch - Ba Ria - Vung Tau (CDCS because) said that the enterprise is in need of recruiting a large number of female workers and a number of other positions.
In particular, the enterprise hopes to recruit 300 female workers to work long-term at the factory in Phu My 3 Industrial Park (Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City). Female workers applying only need to be between the ages of 18-38, have good health, meet the working hours, and do not require experience.
The company also recruited 3 male production managers, aged 23-35; 2 Chinese interpreter... and some medical staff positions.
Employees who are recruited will have attractive salaries and bonuses; annual salary increases; rewards twice a year according to business results; have shuttle buses and dormitories for female workers living far away; and fully pay insurance according to regulations.
It is known that because Vietnam Export Enterprise - Ba Ria - Vung Tau branch has more than 4,300 union members and workers (of which about 3,300 are female workers); the main activity is interior and decoration production. In the past time, the enterprise and the Trade Union because of their constant companionship have participated in many activities to care for the lives of workers, especially female workers.
