Currently, in Kon Tum province, there are 12 units and enterprises announcing the Lunar New Year bonus level for At Ty 2025.
The highest bonus for employees is over 31 million VND/person in a non-state enterprise.
Other enterprises, including state-owned and non-state-owned enterprises, have average bonuses ranging from VND2.5 million to VND25 million per person.
Small businesses have the lowest bonus from 300,000 - 500,000 VND/person.
This bonus level is basically the same as Tet 2024. Tet bonus activities demonstrate the company's care and concern for its staff and workers.
However, businesses in Kon Tum province still face many economic difficulties, high raw material prices, and decreased orders and output.
Many businesses owe social insurance and health insurance for workers.
