For LLCs with 100% state capital, the expected Tet bonus is 8 million VND or more per person.
Private enterprises give an average Tet bonus of 7 million VND/person, the highest is 168 million VND/person, the lowest is 4.9 million VND/person.
Foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises give an average bonus of 10.9 million VND/person, the highest is 823 million VND/person, the lowest is 5.1 million VND/person.
The enterprise with the highest bonus is an enterprise in Long Thanh Industrial Park, Long Thanh district (bonus for the general director).
Previously, at the press conference on December 17, 2024, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien - Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Dong Nai province said that according to statistics, most companies have bonuses of 1-1.5 months' salary and this level has not decreased compared to last year.
According to Ms. Hien, most businesses have prepared in advance and announced to employees about salaries and bonuses for the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025.
