On April 29, the grassroots trade union (CĐCS) of Asia A Chau Door Technology Co., Ltd. (Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said that the company had awarded a ceremony to express gratitude and encourage more than 1,000 workers.
Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Ky Nghe Cua Y A Chau Co., Ltd. said that currently the enterprise is facing many difficulties due to the general context in the world. However, the enterprise's leaders have made many efforts to find orders, maintain jobs and stable income for workers.
Regarding welfare for workers, this year, the grassroots trade union has proposed and been agreed by the enterprise to implement a basic salary increase for workers. Currently, the total basic salary and allowance (excluding overtime) is 8.6 million VND. If there is regular overtime, the average income of each worker is from 10 to 14.5 million VND/month.
During this holiday, the enterprise has supported funding for the grassroots trade union to organize sports festivals and parties for workers to celebrate together. Notably, to show gratitude and encourage workers, the company decided to reward each worker with 300,000 VND. For employees, technical staff, team leaders, and experts, they will receive bonuses ranging from 400,000 VND to 3 million VND.
The grassroots trade union said that business leaders want to encourage employees so that they have joyful and safe holidays and then return to work at the factory with excitement.
It is known that during this holiday, company employees will have 3 consecutive days off (April 29, April 30 and May 1). On May 2nd, employees will return to normal work, striving to complete orders for partners soon.
In Binh Co ward (HCMC), the grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) of Liv Cabinetry Co., Ltd. (Nam Tan Uyen Expanded Industrial Park, Binh Co ward, HCMC) also said that the enterprise has awarded bonuses to about 350 workers. Each worker was awarded a bonus of 300,000 VND by the company.
