If employees have worked for more than 3 months, they will receive a bonus of 500,000 VND. For employees working for less than 3 months, they will receive a bonus on April 30 - May 1 of 200,000 VND.
Similarly, Nam Tien Garment Joint Stock Company also applies a bonus of 500,000 VND, but the review criteria are more flexible. Employees who start working before April 1, 2026 will receive a bonus of 500,000 VND, while those who start working from April 1, 2026 will only receive 200,000 VND.

Sharing about this policy, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh - a worker at May ATU II said that this year's bonus level has not changed compared to last year, although the business has only started operating for the second year.
According to her, the distribution of bonuses based on working hours is reasonable and ensures fairness between long-term and new employees.
The company is newly established but the bonus of 500,000 VND proves that it is developing well, workers will be assured to stick with it. This way of dividing bonuses is also very fair," Ms. Ngoc Anh said.
With the bonus received and 4 holidays, Ms. Ngoc Anh plans to buy more food to improve her meals, and also save an additional 200,000 - 500,000 VND to go out to play such as the beach or shopping center.
Not only cash bonuses, some businesses choose in-kind forms to increase practicality. Typically, Song Hong - Xuan Truong Garment Joint Stock Company continues to maintain the tradition of rewarding gifts to employees.
This year, each worker received 4 liters of cooking oil and 2 packages of seasoning granules; while last year it was sugar and cooking oil.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai, a worker at the company, shared that although the bonus is not cash, these gifts are very useful in daily life.
Cooking oil, seasoning seeds or sugar are all indispensable things in the kitchen. Converted to money, it is more than 300,000 VND, very practical, especially for the number of more than 10,000 employees of the corporation," Ms. Hoai said.
Comparing with businesses in the region, Ms. Hoai said that this bonus level is quite competitive. Most companies reward about 200,000 VND, while a few units reach a level of 500,000 VND or more.
Regarding the holiday plan, the female worker said that because she is pregnant, she cannot go far. Her family plans to choose entertainment venues near home, and organize a family meal with relatives during the holiday.
