On April 22, Mr. Nguyen Hoa - Chairman of the Trade Union of Tuy Phong Garment Enterprise said that the unit is implementing a policy to care for union members and workers on the occasion of April 30 - May 1.
This is a grassroots trade union operating in the garment sector in Lien Huong commune, Lam Dong province, with more than 2,300 workers. Accordingly, bonuses and support for living expenses are divided according to 2 milestones of time to work at the factory for workers.
For employees who start working before December 31, 2025, the bonus level is 300,000 VND/person, and they are also supported with 200,000 VND for living expenses due to market price fluctuations. The total amount received is 500,000 VND/person.

For groups of workers working from January 1, 2026 to April 29, 2026, the bonus is 100,000 VND/person, with cost support of 100,000 VND. In total, each person receives 200,000 VND.
According to representatives of grassroots trade unions, the allocation of support levels is based on working hours to ensure compliance with the actual situation and the ability to balance the unit's funding.

In the context of increasing prices of many essential goods, this support activity is considered practical, contributing to sharing part of the difficulties in living expenses with workers. Although the support level is not large, it shows the concern and companionship of the trade union organization towards union members.
Through this policy, grassroots trade unions expect to create more motivation, help workers feel secure in working, and strengthen the cohesion in the business. Thereby, contributing to units stabilizing production, improving labor productivity and completing the production and business plan for 2026.
