In Thanh Hoa, Minh Anh Tho Xuan Garment Joint Stock Company has implemented a series of new policies to improve workers' lives.
The enterprise decided to increase the basic salary by an additional 300,000 VND for all departments. Accordingly, the basic salary of the most senior employees at the company can reach 5,680,000 VND/month.
In addition to salaries, businesses also focus on supporting workers far away. The company arranges daily shuttle buses so that workers can feel secure when going to work. In case the bus route is inconvenient, workers can move on their own and are supported with travel expenses up to 730,000 VND per month.
According to Ms. Tran Thi Giang, a worker working at the company, these adjustments not only help improve income but also clearly demonstrate the long-term commitment of the business to caring for workers.
“We work in region 3, previously the basic salary was just over 4 million VND. Now it has been increased to over 5 million VND, which is very impressive. With the basic salary increased, overtime and insurance benefits are also calculated higher, helping me feel secure and stick with it for a long time” - Ms. Giang shared.
Not only Minh Anh Tho Xuan Company, Viet Thuan Garment Co., Ltd. also launched a flexible policy to retain and attract labor after Tet. Accordingly, the enterprise decided to increase the basic salary to 5,420,000 VND, much higher than the regulated level of region 2 currently.
Notably, the company also reserves seniority allowances for old workers to return to work, including those who have applied for leave but have not fully retired. This policy is considered a major "plus point", creating peace of mind for employees who have been attached to the business.
Meanwhile, Song Hong Garment Joint Stock Company (Ninh Binh) has also just decided to strongly adjust welfare regimes. The enterprise increases social insurance contributions for all employees, with an increase rate of 12.5% to 28.5% depending on the department and time of attachment.
In parallel with that, the company increased the Tet bonus to 210%, and at the same time increased the monthly capacity classification bonus (ABC) compared to before. These changes have created a positive effect, helping employees feel more secure and motivated to work.

Ms. Tran Thi Tuyet, a worker who has been attached to the company for many years, said that recently policies for workers have had many clear changes.
The adjustments in basic salary, social insurance contributions, ABC bonuses, and Tet bonuses are very impressive to me," Ms. Tuyet expressed.
According to Ms. Tuyet, the increasingly complete welfare policies are a signal that businesses are developing stably and sustainably.
This is also the basis for workers to believe that income and benefits in the future will continue to be improved, helping them feel secure and attached for a long time after each Tet season.
