Section 2. 6 Part II of Plan 34/KH-UBND 2026 stipulates visits and gifts to typical individuals:
Organize a delegation of City leaders to visit and give gifts to 672 typical individuals in 168 communes, wards, and Con Dao special zone (each commune, ward, special zone of 04 people) including: 168 people with meritorious policies; 168 elderly people turning 100 years old; 168 poor households and 168 children in particularly difficult and truly difficult circumstances. Gift level of 5,000 VND/gift (including cash of 3,500,000 VND and in-kind gifts of 1,500,000 VND/gift).
Assign the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones to organize the review and make a list of the above 4 subjects, ensuring the standards and quantity approved by the City People's Committee and report the list of 4 typical subjects to the City leaders assigned as Heads of Delegations to organize visits and gift giving in their localities (localities prepare gifts of 4 gifts for 4 subjects).
Thus, organizing a delegation of city leaders to visit and give gifts to 672 typical individuals in 168 communes, wards, and Con Dao special zone (each commune, ward, special zone 4 people) including: 168 people with meritorious policies; 168 elderly people turning 100 years old; 168 poor households and 168 children in particularly difficult and truly difficult circumstances. The time for visiting and giving gifts during the Binh Ngo Tet 2026 must be completed before February 10, 2026 (ie December 23rd of the Lunar year of At Ty).
