About 80% of FDI enterprises in Hai Phong resume work

After Tet, the company's orders are abundant. Therefore, just a few minutes after wishing Tet to start spring at the beginning of the year, employees started to return to work, working enthusiastically from the first hour, the first day of the new year, determined to complete the first orders of the year with the business.
Returning to the company after more than 1 week of holiday, Ms. Cao Thi Nhuong, a worker at Yazaki Hai Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. excitedly told colleagues about the first Tet in her new house - the Trade Union Warm House. In previous Tet seasons, Ms. Nhuong's family still lived in a cramped, damp rented house, so the whole family often celebrated Tet in the countryside. This year, with the support from Trade Union levels, relatives, and friends, the Trade Union Warm House was completed right before Tet, welcoming relatives and friends to visit during Tet. For Ms. Nhuong, that is the motivation for her and her husband to try harder in the new year.
On the first working day after the Tet holiday, most businesses organized New Year's gatherings, giving lucky money to employees with an average level of about 210,000 VND/person (lowest 50,000 VND, highest 1,000,000 VND), and at the same time disseminating production and business tasks and launching the New Year's emulation movement.
In Thuy Nguyen ward, units and businesses have started production from February 23. Representatives of the Ward Trade Union said that by 11 am on February 23, the rate of workers in the area returning to work after Tet reached more than 95%, the atmosphere of labor production is vibrant.
Abundant orders after Tet
Also according to the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, through grasping from the grassroots trade union, most units in the industrial park have stable and increased orders after Tet. From the 4th day of the first lunar month, Ms. Vu Thi Loan's family, a Japanese industrial park worker, returned to Hai Phong to continue work.
