On June 7, at the Hall of Pouchen Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bien Hoa ward, Dong Nai city), a launching ceremony of the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" for the 2026-2031 period took place to celebrate the success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
The launching ceremony of the "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" emulation movement was solemnly organized by the Standing Committee of the VGCL. The program was organized directly combined with online, with the participation of tens of thousands of trade union officials, workers... to create a vibrant emulation atmosphere immediately after the success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
Dong Nai City has nearly 800,000 officials, civil servants, public employees, and laborers. According to the Dong Nai City Labor Federation, in recent years, the emulation movement for good labor and creative labor has attracted union members, workers, public employees, and laborers to enthusiastically participate in contributing, contributing to improving the quality of goods, services, and labor productivity.
Notably, in the business sector, in the past 5 years, there have been 567,783 ideas, initiatives, designs, and tasks implemented by workers, benefiting businesses by over 1,000 billion VND.
In which, the collective Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd., TKG TaekwangVina Joint Stock Company, Pousung Vietnam Co., Ltd., Pouchen Vietnam Co., Ltd., Precision Industry Joint Stock Company and many other businesses in the province have coordinated well with the Board of Directors to mobilize workers to promote initiatives and technical improvements, resulting in nearly 100,000 initiatives, designs, and tasks of workers benefiting businesses.
Companies always encourage union members and workers to have many creative ideas and improvements in their work, thereby contributing to making tens of thousands of USD in profit for businesses. This shows that the level of Vietnamese workers is increasingly high, intelligent, and creative.
According to the Dong Nai City Labor Federation, through patriotic emulation movements, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers in all fields of work have successfully completed the assigned tasks with a spirit of dedicated and responsible work, actively contributing to the successful completion of tasks of agencies, units, businesses, sectors, localities and Dong Nai City.
