On December 4, according to information from the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor, for grassroots trade unions of enterprises, this unit has focused on guiding dialogue and collective bargaining to improve and enhance the welfare of union members and workers.
Currently, there are about 1,784 collective labor agreements (CLAs) in the province, of which about 40% of agreements have a higher value for workers' rights than the law.
Many agreements have higher value of benefits than the law on support levels such as: supporting lunch, organizing tours for workers, supporting gasoline, housing, etc.
Previously, Dong Nai signed a collective labor agreement according to the wood industry group with the participation of 6 enterprises in Tam Phuoc Industrial Park.
Building a group of enterprise collective labor agreement will bring more benefits to employees, help employees limit having to change jobs, and enterprises participating in the group collective labor agreement will also limit labor fluctuations, production instability, and labor competition in the industry.
