On the afternoon of December 4, the Department of Construction of Lam Dong province issued a notice of traffic diversion and organized the traffic diversion on Prenn Pass, section Km224+600 - Km224+700 (in Xuan Huong - Da Lat ward) to overcome the landslide.
Due to the impact of heavy rain from December 2 to 4, on the Prenn Pass section Km224+600 - Km224+700 (in Xuan Huong - Da Lat ward), a landslide occurred on the positive slope, burying the road surface with rocks and soil, causing traffic congestion.

Along with that, cracks appeared on the positive slope, causing instability of the slope, leading to some pine trees on the top of the slope being at risk of falling, posing a potential danger to vehicles traveling on the route.
Currently, the Department of Construction is coordinating with local authorities and related units to implement a plan to clear landslides and cut down trees at risk of falling, affecting the safety of vehicles traveling on the route.
To ensure traffic safety on the route and serve the above work, the Department of Construction announced the organization of traffic diversion on Prenn Pass (Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat) specifically.
People and vehicles are prohibited from traveling through Km224+600 - Km224+700, Prenn Pass (Xuan Huong - Da Lat Ward, Lam Dong Province).
