According to the document, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the Social Insurance of the XXVIII region to advise the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council for consideration of including the target of developing social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance participants in the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council; by 2030, the rate of workers of the age of participating in social insurance will reach 61% of the total number of workers, the rate of workers of the age of participating in unemployment insurance will reach 56%, the rate of people participating in health insurance will be over 97% of the population...
Assign the Department of Home Affairs to step up inspection and supervision of employers who are late in paying or evading social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; Strictly handle violations according to the provisions of the law on preventing and combating corruption in agencies and organizations related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
Assign the Department of Health to proactively and synchronously deploy solutions to effectively manage the use of the health insurance fund and cover all assigned health insurance examination and treatment costs; Have solutions to prevent abuse and exploitation of the health insurance fund; Medical examination and treatment facilities ensure adequate supply of drugs, chemicals, medical supplies, equipment to serve patients, do not let patients buy them themselves and ensure full rights for health insurance participants.
Propose that the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations continue to promote their role in monitoring and social criticism and coordinate with competent authorities to propagate and mobilize businesses, workers, union members, association members and people to implement policies and laws on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, etc.
