Thereby, 2,000 shopping vouchers and 300 Tet gifts were given to union members in difficult circumstances.
At the same time, Trade Unions at all levels visited and presented gifts to 1,907 disadvantaged workers with an amount of nearly 1 billion VND, and 138 gifts to workers with serious illnesses and work-related accidents.
Also during this time, grassroots unions presented more than 54,000 gifts worth over 24 billion VND to union members and workers, including gifts in cash and in kind. In particular, many programs such as "Workers' Day", "Coming to Workers' hostel", "Squeezing Union Meals" ... are organized to spread solidarity and sharing in the working class community.

Responding to Workers' Month and Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month in 2025, the Provincial Federation of Labor has presented 4,000 gifts, supported the construction of 13 "Union Shelters", awarded scholarships to workers' children and gifts to people who have had work-related accidents with a total cost of over 2.7 billion VND. The above results clearly demonstrate the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers. This is also a motivation for workers to feel secure in sticking with the company for a long time, contributing to the development of businesses and localities.
