This is the 7th Congress of the 2025-2030 term of Agribank Phu Cat Trade Union.
During the past term, Agribank Phu Cat Trade Union has fulfilled its function of representing and caring for the material and spiritual lives of workers; seriously implementing grassroots democracy regulations, contributing to building a united, disciplined and professional working environment.

The 7th Congress identified the focus of the new term as continuing to innovate the content and methods of Trade Union activities; Building a team of Agribank Phu Cat union members with courage, intelligence, professionalism and humanity; Promoting the application of digital technology in managing and caring for union members; Linking Trade Union activities with the political tasks and business plans of the branch.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Agribank Phu Cat Branch Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 3 people. Ms. Thai Thi Thuy Trang was elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the new term of the grassroots trade union.
