On September 24, the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor (GFF) deployed preparations for the Congress of Commune and Ward Trade Unions; Grassroots Trade Unions; Grassroots Trade Unions towards the 1st Gia Lai Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
At the conference, representatives of the Commune and Ward Trade Unions; Grassroots Trade Unions; Grassroots Trade Unions reported on the work of developing plans, implementing steps to prepare for the congress and raising difficulties and problems.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor has guided and answered arising issues, especially for newly established trade unions, affected by the reorganization of the apparatus. Thereby, ensuring that units clearly understand the content, requirements and timeline of the congress.
Mr. Ha Duy Trung - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of the province, Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor - requested the affiliated Trade Unions to urgently establish subcommittees to serve the congress, develop plans and implement the organization work in accordance with the Charter and Instructions of the Vietnam Trade Union. The Congress must carry out all the contents according to plan and follow the schedule.
Accordingly, the Commune and Ward Trade Union Congress will be held after the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at the commune level and completed before October 31.
The Congress of grassroots trade unions, grassroots trade unions, member grassroots trade unions, and departmental trade unions must be completed before November 15. The congress period shall not exceed 1 session.
The 1st Gia Lai Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, will be held after the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress and completed before December 31, no more than 2 sessions.
