Regarding the arrangement and assignment of working headquarters of agencies and units after the arrangement in Ho Chi Minh City, the Department of Finance has issued a supplementary report to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on the implementation process.

According to the Department of Finance, at present, departments, branches and sectors under the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee have relocated and focused on working in Ho Chi Minh City; the provincial administrative and political centers previously only used a small part of the area to arrange workplaces to handle transition work, ensuring public service provision activities for organizations and individuals.

At the same time, to ensure the effective operation of this headquarters according to the direction of the Prime Minister, prioritize the allocation for health, education, and culture; review 2 units with needs, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine and Saigon University.

Through the review, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine is managing the use of 4 real estate facilities; while Saigon University is managing the use of 3 real estate facilities, 1 facility has been reclaimed but has not yet been allocated land in another location.

Therefore, the Department of Finance proposed a plan to arrange the headquarters of the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Administrative - Political Center (Ba Ria Ward) for Saigon University as an educational institution.

According to the Department of Finance, after the arrangement, Ho Chi Minh City will have 1,350 houses and land that are the headquarters of agencies, units, wards and communes. Currently, 1,139 real estate facilities have been arranged, while 211 real estate facilities have not been arranged. The unit has received about 45 recommendations on the need to arrange headquarters of central agencies, units, wards, communes, and special zones and is coordinating to resolve them.
