On September 24, the People's Committee of Chanh Hiep Ward invited 2 families involved in the case of mistakenly building a house on someone else's land to work.
After working, the People's Committee of Chanh Hiep Ward drew up a record of mediation. As a result of the mediation, the two sides had a common voice. Agreeing to move the house to the correct location of the wrong house.
Accordingly, at the meeting on the side that built the wrong house, Mr. N.M.T (residing in Chanh Hiep ward) apologized to Ms. Thao's family for building a house on Ms. Thao's family's land. Mr. N.M.T said he hired a "genie" to relocate the house to his plot of land. It is expected that the relocation will be completed within 45-60 days.

Mr. N.M.T pledged to return the land to Ms. Thao's family within 45 days. The relocation of the house will start from September 25 to November 9.
The People's Committee of Chanh Hiep Ward proposed that during the above time, the two sides should create conditions for each other to complete the relocation.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported that in 2024, Ms. Thao and her husband bought a plot of land in Chanh Hiep Ward. Because she did not have money to build a house, Ms. Thao left it empty. In mid-June 2025, Ms. Thao asked a construction unit to survey and measure to build a house and was shocked to discover that someone had built a house on her land. Through contact, it was determined that the person with the next piece of land had built the house by mistake on his land, so Ms. Thao contacted to negotiate a solution but failed.
Faced with the above situation, Ms. Thao has sent a document requesting the family of the person who built the house to urgently relocate the house. At the same time, Ms. Thao also submitted a petition to the People's Committee of Chanh Hiep Ward, requesting the ward to contact and remind and urge so that the relocation of the house can be carried out, ensuring the legitimate rights of the family.
