On September 27, the Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Trade Union Vietsovpetro announced that it had organized the opening ceremony of the first Vietsovpetro Pickleball tournament at the Vietsovpetro Cultural - Sports Center (Tam Thang Ward, Ho Chi Minh City)
In an exciting and enthusiastic atmosphere, although it was held for the first time, the tournament attracted more than 400 athletes who are union members and workers to participate, promising to bring 265 dramatic and exciting matches. According to the plan, the tournament will take place until September 30.
The Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Trade Union Vietsovpetro said that this is a practical activity to welcome the Trade Union Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th Vietsovpetro Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
At the same time, it is the first step in making pickleball an annual sport in Vietsovpetro's competition system; spreading the spirit of health training, improving the spiritual life of union members and workers according to the motto "Good to contribute - fun to connect".
