    Athletes competed at all costs in 3 sports at the sports festival to welcome the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central Trade Unions for the 2025-2030 term.

    On the morning of September 20, at Ba Dinh Sports Center (Hanoi), the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor held the opening ceremony of the Sports Festival to celebrate the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions for the 2025-2030 term.

    Immediately after the opening ceremony, athletes competed in 3 sports: pickleball, table tennis, and tug of war. The matches were very attractive and dramatic.

    The sports festival not only aims to improve the spiritual life and health of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers, but is also an opportunity for departments and units to exchange, learn, strengthen solidarity, contribute to strengthening the great solidarity bloc between departments, units, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the Central level.

    The closing ceremony of the sports festival will take place at 10:00 on September 27, 2025.
