VG High-Tech Energy Solutions Company Limited was newly established in October 2024, located in Vung Ang Economic Zone (Vung Ang Ward, Ha Tinh Province), with a business line of battery and battery production.
Although newly put into operation, after being propagandized and mobilized by the Ha Tinh Trade Union to establish grassroots trade unions and admit union members, 317 officers and workers of the Company have written applications to join the Trade Union organization.

Therefore, the target of establishing grassroots trade unions and developing union members is low.
However, immediately after completing the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus, from mid-July until now, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor has directed, together with the Trade Union Committees and the grassroots Trade Union Cluster, to focus on propaganda, mobilization, establishment of grassroots trade unions, and development of union members.
Typically, on July 27, the Trade Union of Nghi Xuan Professional Sports Garment Joint Stock Company organized the admission of 35 union members to the Trade Union; on July 28, the Trade Union of Alibaba evenement Communications Company Limited was established, admitting 20 union members; on August 18, the Trade Union of VG High-Tech Energy Solutions Company Limited was established, admitting 317 union members.
