Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung, a garment worker with nearly 5 years of working at the company, shared: "When I saw the meal prepared today, I was really surprised and felt very happy. The rice is more filling, many dishes are much more delicious than usual. My sisters and I all felt warm in the group. We work all day just hoping for a delicious meal to regain our strength. Today's meal is not only a dish but also a great encouragement, adding energy for us to work better."
The value of each meal in this program is up to 68,000 VND, 50,000 VND higher than the daily meal of workers. This is a remarkable effort of the Hana Kovi Company Limited Trade Union to improve the material and spiritual life of workers, while affirming its important role as a bridge between workers and businesses.
On this occasion, the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor presented 6 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, along with many meaningful gifts from sponsors to union members facing difficulties in life, such as serious illnesses, work accidents or families in special circumstances.
The "Union Meal" program is not simply a meal but also a symbol of sharing, solidarity and the concern of the Union organization and enterprise for workers.
