On November 26, information from the Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor, recently the Thai Nguyen Provincial Land Fund Development Center Trade Union and the Trung Xuan Trading & Service Company Limited Trade Union solemnly held the 1st Grassroots Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
The congresses took place in a democratic and united atmosphere, demonstrating the determination to innovate trade union activities in the units.
At the Thai Nguyen Provincial Land Fund Development Center, Ms. Tran Thi Hong Thai - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Head of the Trade Union Work Committee; representatives of the Party Committee, Board of Directors and 112 delegates representing 320 union members and workers attended and directed the Congress.
Over the past term, the Central Trade Union has effectively promoted its role as a representative, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members; implemented many practical activities to care for workers' lives.
At the same time, promote emulation movements, contributing to improving professional quality and building an increasingly developed unit.
The Congress discussed and set out key goals and tasks for the 2025-2030 term, focusing on innovating the content and methods of activities; improving the quality of the trade union staff.
At the Congress, the Center announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Trade Union for the first term, 2025-2030; and elected delegates to attend the 1st Congress of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Trade Union. Ms. Ha Ngoc Hoa was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union for the new term.
On the same day, Trung Xuan Trading & Service Company Limited organized the 1st Grassroots Trade Union Congress with the participation of representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation and the Company's Board of Directors.
The Congress evaluated the results of trade union activities in the past time, discussed the direction for the 2025-2030 term and elected an Executive Committee of 3 people.
The success of the congresses is a source of motivation for trade unions at all levels to continue to innovate, affirming their role in representing, caring for, and protecting union members' rights; contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations, promoting sustainable development in each unit.
