When reaching Km9+750 of the National Highway 2 overpass on Vo Nguyen Giap Street (Soc Son Commune, Hanoi City), the above vehicle collided with a truck with license plate 20H-0 18.xx driven by Mr. D.M.C (born in 2000, residing in Thai Nguyen Province) - who was stopping in front in the same direction.
