At the same time, coordinate with the provincial Social Insurance in inspecting the payment and implementation of policies and laws on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance. Organize surprise inspections of units showing signs of violations, strictly handle administrative violations of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
The provincial Social Insurance proactively coordinates closely with relevant departments and branches to strengthen propaganda work, take measures to handle violations according to the provisions of law, especially units that have imposed administrative sanctions but still delay payment for a long time, deliberately do not comply with administrative sanctions.
The Provincial Inspectorate guides the implementation of inspection work on the implementation of policies and laws on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance at units and organizations according to regulations.
The provincial police grasp the implementation of policies and laws on social insurance and health insurance in the province. They grasp the units that intentionally delay payment, avoid payment, or have not participated in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance. They take measures to prevent and strictly handle acts of fraud, profiteering, and evasion of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
The Provincial Tax Department coordinates with the Social Insurance Agency to exchange information in two directions to strictly handle units and organizations that violate the law; determine the status of enterprises that are still operating and are fulfilling tax obligations or have stopped for units that use labor that are late in paying social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance that are subject to inspection and examination.
The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities shall establish working groups to inspect, supervise and promptly handle units that are late in paying or violate the payment of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance, and units employing laborers who have not yet participated or have not fully participated in social insurance for employees.
The Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Labor Federation to direct grassroots trade union organizations to actively protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees working at units and enterprises with outstanding social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance payments; and to initiate lawsuits against units that intentionally evade payment or have outstanding social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance payments.
