The commemorative activities are organized with focus, key points, creativity, practicality, efficiency, and economy, bringing benefits to union members and workers, in accordance with the actual conditions of the industry, locality, and unit.
Commune, ward, and special- zone trade unions and grassroots trade unions under the City Labor Federation, based on the actual situation, requested units to proactively advise the Party Committee, coordinate with the authorities and professional groups at the same level to develop plans and organize activities to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union.
Along with that, proactively and effectively participate in emulation activities and movements organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the City Labor Federation, encouraging units to organize innovative, creative and practical activities. In addition to propaganda work and the "Union Meal" program, strive for each grassroots union to organize at least one specific, practical and effective celebration activity.
The City Labor Federation also guides trade unions at all levels to organize and widely implement emulation movements, campaigns, promote initiatives, improve techniques, improve labor productivity and work efficiency, such as: The "Creative Labor - Good Labor" movement associated with promoting the improvement of national labor productivity, "Good advice, good service", "Innovation, creativity, efficiency",
"Promoting the development of synchronous and modern infrastructure; practicing thrift and fighting waste", improving the quality and effectiveness of the campaign "Cadres, civil servants, and public employees say no to negativity" among union members and employees in the city; continuing to promote the study and practice of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style in 2025; researching and exploring new and effective models and methods of doing things, striving to overcome all difficulties, successfully completing professional tasks and trade union activities in 2025.
In particular, each level of trade unions register to undertake at least a part of the work or event of socio-economic value, political significance, bringing practical benefits to the lives and jobs of union members and workers or contributing to the community and society to register for implementation and attach a plaque to celebrate the anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union.
Along with that, organize activities to commend and honor good workers, creative workers associated with advanced models in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style among union members, employees, and other emulation movements.
