On the afternoon of June 26, the Trade Union of Amtran Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. (VSIP Hai Phong Industrial Park) organized a conference to launch the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model for the period 2026-2030.
Implementing the policy of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation on piloting the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model, the Trade Union of Amtran Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. determined that this is a key task in the 2025 - 2030 term.
The Company's Trade Union currently has 2,763 union members out of a total of 4,190 employees, as of May 31, 2026.
In 2025, the trade union coordinated with the company's leadership to successfully organize a employee conference and sign a new collective labor agreement with 10 clauses that are more beneficial to employees. In the annual periodic dialogue, the trade union received and resolved 25 recommendations from employees, reaching about 90%.

According to the criteria set of the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model, the Company's Trade Union self-reviewed according to 4 groups of criteria, 8 groups of criteria, and a 100-point scale. Initial results reached 86/100 points.
From that result, the Company's Trade Union identified 5 key tasks including: Improving the effectiveness of representation, dialogue, and negotiation; caring for and protecting the rights of union members and workers; improving the cultural and spiritual life of workers; maintaining emulation movements; building a strong trade union organization.
To successfully build the model, the Company's Trade Union is implementing it according to a roadmap, in 2026 focusing on launching the model, signing commitments to coordinate with the Board of Directors, thoroughly grasping the criteria, clearly identifying the criteria that have been achieved, the criteria that need to be improved in quality, the person in charge and the completion time.
In 2027, the Company's Trade Union will focus on raising the criteria that are still low, especially dialogue, collective labor agreements, spiritual and cultural life, legal propaganda and evidentiary documents. Organize mid-term evaluations and report to superiors.
In the period 2028-2030, the Company's Trade Union maintains, standardizes, and improves the quality of the model; includes criteria in the annual work program; periodically summarizes, evaluates, and commends collectives and individuals who perform well.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Quyet, Standing Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, requested that in the coming time, the Company's Board of Directors continue to pay attention to coordinating and creating conditions in terms of time, location, facilities and necessary conditions for the Company's Trade Union to implement the model practically and effectively.
Mr. Quyet also requested the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union to continue to spread the spirit of building models to each trade union group, each chain, each union member, and employee.
Immediately after the content of the commitment is signed, the Company's Trade Union immediately implements a program to propagate safety, occupational hygiene, risk prevention in the workplace and traffic safety in 2026.
