During this time, workers often work overtime for about an hour each day, even working all day on Sunday when necessary. In addition to overtime money according to regulations, the company also supports afternoon snacks so that workers have more health to continue working.
For departments working in the form of product contracts, Ms. Mai said that the increased output is still included in the salary. In addition, the enterprise still maintains support regimes such as snacks and now continues to give mattresses to employees.
