The support activity shows the concern and sharing of the trade union organization, contributing to helping Mr. Quyen's family overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.
Previously, as Lao Dong Newspaper reported, on December 21, three students aged 8–10 years old went to the self-dug lake area in Dong Do Residential Area (Loc Son Industrial Park, residential group 18, B'Lao ward) to play.
While playing, the children unfortunately fell into the lake. A man discovered it and promptly went down to rescue them, bringing the two children ashore safely. P.V.Q (8 years old, Mr. Pham Van Quyen's son) did not survive.
