The activities are organized and implemented in accordance with the direction of the Secretariat in Directive No. 40-CT/TW dated December 11, 2024 on organizing Tet At Ty 2025 and the motto "All union members and workers have Tet" and according to Plan No. 133/KH-TLD dated September 30, 2024 of the General Confederation.
To achieve the above results, the Trade Union organization always receives the attention of the Party and State leaders, the coordination of the Central Committees, ministries, branches, and organizations, Party committees and authorities at all levels, the active support and companionship of the business community, organizations, individuals, and the positive, proactive and constantly innovative spirit of the Trade Union at all levels in organizing activities to care for union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025.
Thereby helping millions of union members and workers, especially those in difficult circumstances, receive timely care and support during Tet, contributing to the effective implementation of social security policies and stabilizing labor relations in general and during Tet in particular.
One of the key tasks after Tet is for the trade union to coordinate with employers to propagate and mobilize union members and employees to return to their agencies, units and enterprises on time, and continue to organize to welcome union members and employees back to work. Grasp the situation of employees returning to work right after Tet.
Organize meetings, visits, encouragement, and New Year greetings to union members, workers, and businesses to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere in the first working days of Spring, ensure a return to normal work immediately after Tet holiday, and focus on resolutely and synchronously implementing 2025 work tasks immediately after the end of the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday.
