Hanoi - Hanoi City Labor Federation organizes delegations to grasp the labor situation after the Tet holiday.

Accordingly, in Chuong My district, Mr. Nguyen Hop Tien - Chairman of the District Labor Federation said that after the Tet holiday, 100% of civil servants and public employees in the administrative and career sectors returned to work, strictly implementing administrative discipline.

As of February 3, 91% of workers in factories, companies, and businesses in the production and business sector have returned to work as usual. Some businesses have arranged for workers to start working from Saturday, February 1.

During Tet, 100% of enterprises with grassroots unions give Tet bonuses to employees. For private enterprises and cooperatives, the lowest bonus is 1 million VND, the highest is 15 million VND. For enterprises with foreign investment, the lowest bonus is 6.1 million VND, the highest is 300 million VND.

In Dong Anh district, Ms. Tran Thu Hang - President of Dong Anh District Labor Federation - said that before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2025, Dong Anh District Labor Federation directed 100% of grassroots unions to do a good job of taking care of union members and workers. Thereby, 600 union members and workers in difficult circumstances received Tet gifts from the City Labor Federation; 400 union members and workers in difficult circumstances received Tet gifts from Dong Anh District Labor Federation.

During the 2025 Tet holiday, no enterprises in the district owed wages to their employees; enterprises ensured wages and Tet bonuses for employees. After the Tet holiday, 100% of enterprises in the district returned to production.
